Can one lose weight with EMS training?

Yes, as you start training, you’ll notice a reduction in your size, but not in your weight. Fat burning really only accelerates during the second phase of the training programme, and that is when weight loss begins. There are two kinds of EMS training: active and passive. Passive EMS is the ideal tool for modelling the body. The result is a body that is well supplied with blood and well toned, and also relaxed. However, passive EMS does not result in a great deal of energy being burned. The active version is ideal for building up strength and musculature fast, for levelling out muscular imbalances and for strengthening one’s self discipline. This is a good place to point out that many people fail to maintain dietary discipline because they are disappointed. When will I start seeing results?

You will start feeling more vital after the very first session. Judging by experience, you will be able to see signs of change in your bearing after no more than a few sessions. A permanent reduction in your girth, an increase in your strength and a change in your complexion will become measurable or visible within four to six weeks, always in relation to your physical condition when you started training.
